Northside/Center Street - July 14th 10am-6pm

FCHS - July 22nd 10am-6pm (2 Providers will be available)

New Hope - July 27th 12pm-6pm

Clay City - July 29th 1pm-3pm

Norris City - August 5th 8am-4pm

Flora - August 6th 12pm-5pm

Cisne - To make appointments at clinic
